February 2022 Update
We are so thrilled to be able to gather together once again to celebrate our signature fundraising event, Denim & Diamonds. The event will be held at Baker Lofts in Holland on Thursday, April 21, from 5:30-9:00 pm. The purpose of the event is to raise needed funds to fulfill our mission to enhance the well-being of individuals in our community through the physical, cognitive and emotional benefits of therapeutic horsemanship. Every dollar raised will go to support the program.
There are many ways to get involved. For those who are unable to attend the event in person, we would love to invite you to help “bail out” our arrestees and bid on some amazing packages. The more bids you place on a package, the greater your chances of winning. This year’s packages will include a little bit of everything – from vacations and staycations, to fun outings and experiences – you won’t want to miss it! You do not need to be present at the event to win a bid to win package.
For those who want to celebrate live and in person, tickets are on sale now. Buy single tickets, or invite your friends and family to fill a table. This will be a fun evening of celebration, great food, wonderful company, prizes, and the famous dessert auction. We hope you will be able to join us!
Bid to Win Packages and the Arrestees Will Be Announced Soon
Renew Therapeutic Riding Center is offering an opportunity for women to attend Hoofbeats of Hope which incorporates the use of horses to help facilitate the grieving process for those who have experienced the death of a loved one. Trained professionals, volunteers, and therapy horses partner to provide a safe environment to feel, process, and find hope despite facing immeasurable pain and grief. This experience will offer students hands-on opportunities to build trust, apply healthy coping skills, and gain confidence. These tools will help individuals in taking necessary steps toward healing.
Our horse partners provide a truly unique opportunity to meet students where they are, offering unconditional love and acceptance.
Hoofbeats of Hope will be offered on Friday, April 29th, from 11:30 – 4:00 pm. If you would like more information on Hoofbeats of Hope, or if you would like to register, please email Jael at programs@renewtrc.org.
