ENHANCING THE WELL-BEING OF INDIVIDUALS IN OUR COMMUNITY THROUGH THE PHYSICAL, COGNITIVE, AND MENTAL BENEFITS OF THERAPEUTIC HORSEMANSHIP

In 2018, with the purchase of a beautiful 20 acre farm nestled centrally to the surrounding communities of Holland, Zeeland, Hamilton, and Allegan, Renew brings the benefits of equine assisted services to the people that desperately need them in West Michigan.

Renew is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that is focused on improving the lives of all its riders. Renew is a Premier Accredited Center with PATH International, the only accredited therapeutic riding center in West Michigan.

Ride with Renew

In September 2018, with the generosity of the community, we purchased a 20 acre farm located at 5080 146th Avenue in Holland, Michigan.  We are excited to ride towards the future to meet the needs of each person in our community who can benefit from a therapeutic horsemanship experience.

At the close of 2019, we officially moved to the new location. Phase 1, which included construction of our state of the art, heated indoor arena, completed in March of 2020. We are thrilled to serve students in this space and help all of our students live more abundantly. We are so grateful for all of the donors who made this possible!

Phase 2 was launched in the summer of 2023 with the build of the hay barn, ensuring a safe, clean place to store feed for the herd. As a continuation of Phase 2, the gray barn was deconstructed in May 2024 in preparation for the building of the new fully accessible, 24 stall horse barn.

Our goal is to establish Renew as a uniquely designed therapeutic center in a horse farm where families and individuals can come to connect, grow, learn, celebrate, and share life experiences while living out the vision for positive life change with every horse experience.

Sponsor A Paver

Let’s Cross the Finish Line Together

The Renew family has faithfully partnered in the mission over the past 15 years, and we would like everyone to be a part of this exciting new phase of service. As we near the finish line and seek to raise the remaining funds to build a fully accessible horse barn, we are inviting everyone to sponsor a paver.

Each paver is a $100 and will be placed in the center aisle of the new construction. Sponsor as many you’d like. Help us reach the finish line and be a part of Renew history!
